I have always been a little suspicious of contractors. Sometimes what they say isn’t what you get. Larry Lattanzio is not that person. You will instantly like this guy and as the old saying goes, whatever he says “you can take to the bank”. My suggestion to anyone working with Larry is simply to listen to him.
